Released in 2018, Shine Bright marked an important step in my artistic journey.

It was the first album I composed entirely on a computer — a completely new experience for me as a pianist, opening the door to a more instinctive and experimental approach to music creation.

The project grew through collaborations with musicians such as Fabien Mornet, Roberto Pisanu, Nicolas Chelly and Nicolas Mazzola whose artistic presence and musical sensitivity deeply shaped the album.

Shine Bright blends electronic textures with organic instruments including piano, bass, guitars, drums and raw vocals, creating an intimate and cinematic atmosphere. Some songs were born from poems I set to music, while others emerged from personal writings and spontaneous emotions.

Throughout the creative process, I chose to follow intuition rather than conventional songwriting structures. The music evolved freely, without fixed forms or traditional choruses, leaving space for experimentation, movement and emotion.

Alongside producers Patrice Courtois and John Shamir, the album gradually found its sonic identity and emotional depth.

Looking back, the Shine Bright Album already carried the desire for a more human, organic and intimate way of creating music — a path that would later naturally lead to the poetic rock universe of Talisman and its beginning of the In Da Cabin adventure.
