– an electro-organic album
Released in 2018, Shine Bright marks an important step in my artistic journey as a composer and pianist.
It is the first album I composed entirely on a computer, a new experience that opened a more intuitive, experimental and free way of creating music, between piano and electronic sound.
A new approach to composition
This project was born from a shift in my creative process, moving from traditional piano composition to digital music production.
This transition allowed me to explore new sonic textures and expand my musical universe toward a more electronic and cinematic aesthetic.
An electro organic and cinematic universe
The album blends electronic textures with organic instruments: piano, bass, guitars, drums and raw, unprocessed vocals.
This balance creates an intimate and immersive atmosphere, where each track becomes a sonic landscape.
Some songs were born from poems I set to music, while others emerged from personal texts written in the moment, guided by emotion.
A creation guided by intuition
Throughout the process, I deliberately stepped away from traditional song structures.
No fixed formats, no conventional patterns — only intuition, movement and the search for a freer musical form.
This approach shaped the organic and living identity of the project.
Collaborations and production
The project was shaped through collaborations with musicians such as Fabien Mornet, Roberto Pisanu, Nicolas Chelly and Nicolas Mazzola as well as producers Patrice Courtois and John Shamir.
Their contribution helped refine the sound and shape the final depth of the project.
A starting point toward Talisman
Looking back, this project already contains the early traces of a more organic and acoustic search.
A path that naturally continues toward Talisman, as well as the beginning of the In Da Cabin recording process, where music moves closer to space, presence and human expression.
